Fantastic service from start to finish. When our sliding door broke on a Sunday, they responded quickly and went above and beyond to help us. Friendly, professional, and efficient. We are very grateful for their assistance and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Communication was good as I was kept up to date. They removed 2 wooden frames and replaced it with the alluminium frames. Cost was fair and in line with other quotes except one who wanted way more. Pleasant friendly team. Just advice on clean-up is to provide them with enough clean-up materials such as mop, broom, black bags, dustpan and so on. So far the quality has been great. The windows look astetically pleasing and various neighbours have commented on this.🫢 Big rain hopefully soon to check leaks. Overall satisfied so far

Had a break in on New Years Eve whilst on holiday. Called various glasfit companies with no joy. Eric responded immediately, even though it was around 10@nite. Gave a quote and arranged that Walied came out to Strand @ around 2:00 on 1 Jan 2026 to cut and fit sliding door glass. All got to bed @ around 5:30 in the morning. I have never experienced service @ this.level! Alumatech went beyond the normal and gave us the exceptional! Thanks Eric and team! Blessings to you all!
